Description: PORCELAIN WALRUS FIGURAL MINIATURE LAMP, white with green shading and naturalistic facial features, with exposed tusks, underside impressed "1585", porcelain four-sided shade with green staining and embossed scrolls, period collar. Fitted with a period single-tube burner.

Condition Report: Undamaged lamp and burner, shade with a small spot of discolored roughness to top rim, touch-up gold paint to top of font adjacent to collar.

Provenance: Collection of Helen A. Feltner, Winchester, VA.

Dimensions: 5 5/8" H to top of shade, 2 1/2" H to top of collar, 4 1/2" x 5 1/4 base.
