Description: Racing books, racecards, badges and other memorabilia, books including five Good & Betts from the 1940s unusually with d/j's preserved; 1st edition of Directory of the British Turf, published in1961 with d/j; the pick of the racecards being Glorious Goodwood issue from the 1950s; 2 metal member's badges for Yarmouth Races 1951 & 1953; cardboard day badges mostly Goodwood; other content including a few postcards, and some privately taken photographs relating to the visit of the Queen to Hurst Park in 1957, with racecard; the lot also including a framed repro photo of Shaun Spadah winning the Grand National picture, signatures to reverse but unknown and unconnected to the horse (a qty.)
