RARE AGATIZED DINOSAUR EGG
The massive eggs of the giant Titanosaur are rare enough, and usually when found bear a striking resemblance to an ancient stone cannonball. This remarkable specimen is much rarer still: a completely agatized example. The exterior retains a lovely softly textured surface but instead of dull gray stone, it is colored with a soft pale blue, white and gray patterning and a fine texture; partly split and opened, the interior by contrast displays the large smooth botryoidal growths of soft blue-gray agate. Highly rare and unusual, it measures approximately 6 3/4 inches in diameter.
