Description: RIBBED SWIRL MINIATURE LAMP, dark peach to colorless with satin finish, ball-form font with colorless applied base, five leaf-form ornaments support the font and raised on six shell patterned toes, matching patterned umbrella-form shade, period collar. Fitted with a period Nutmeg burner, colorless chimney.

Condition Report: Excellent condition, font undamaged, one toe with minute roughness, shade rims with several minute flakes, several as made. Setup undamaged.

Provenance: Collection of Helen A. Feltner, Winchester, VA.

Dimensions: 8" HOA to top of shade, 4 1/8" H to top of collar, 3 3/8" D base.

Medium: Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century.
