No evidence of in-painting or restoration when examined under blacklight. With gentle cracquelure present in the light green wall above the door frame and within the upper part of the door at upper center. This area extends leftward along the top of the painting. There is no apparent paint loss in this area and it is not very obtrusive. Some other areas of gentle cracquelure present, for example in the armoire at right and in the walls at the far left. Approx 2 very faint shallow curving scuffs in the door, below center. These are very unobtrusive. With minor wear at in a few places at the extreme edges, for example an approx. 1/2 inch vertical area of loss at the extreme bottom right edge, an approx. 3/4 inch lines of paint loss at the extreme painting edge at both upper corners. Overall in good condition.
