Secretariat (March 30, 1970 Ð October 4, 1989) was an American Thoroughbred racehorse who, in 1973, became the first Triple Crown winner in 25 years.

Richard Stone Reeves (November 6, 1919 Ð October 7, 2005) was an American equine painter whom Blood-Horse magazine described as perhaps the greatest modern-day horse painter
