Looking for the realized and estimated price?

Description: 1st-2nd century AD. A substantial chariot or architectural fitting comprising: a tapering iron strap with two large nails for attachment; a D-shaped bronze block pierced to accept a round-section ring; the block with a facing female mask to the forward edge, possibly the goddess Isis, with band to the centre-parted hair. 3.2 kg, 28cm (11"). Ex German collection; acquired 1980s. The wooden(?) block to which the fitting was attached was around 5cm thick (2) based on the height of the nails above the upper face of the iron strap. This is consistent with a fitting for the yoke of a light chariot.

Condition Report: Fine condition.
