A gold D-shaped ring with tapering shank and wide shoulders; set with an oval intaglio engraved with a cornucopia. 6.84 grams, 25.14mm overall, 18.63 x 13.78 internal diameter (approximate ring size British P, USA 7 3/4, Europe 16.23, Japan 16) (1"). From an important London collection, acquired in the 1990s.
