Description: 1st-2nd century AD. A bronze piriform vessel with concave base, broad shoulder with incised rings, triangular-section neck developing to a trefoil mouth with pouring lip; separate D-section handle with median rib, trident lower finial, upper finial divided along the rim. 445 grams, 14.5cm (5 3/4"). From a German collection; acquired on the German art market before 1990. [No Reserve]
