Description: 1st-2nd century AD. A bronze mount of a facing female mask with three ribbed panels of hair, lentoid eyes, small curved mouth; hollow to the reverse. 12 grams, 28mm (1"). Property of a London gentleman; formerly the property of a Surrey gentleman, acquired 1970s.
