Description: Rosa Americana Rosa Americana Two Pence "With Label" PCGS MS-63 Rosa Americana. Two Pence. "With Ribbon/Label" Type. "UTILE DULCI" on Scroll. PCGS graded Mint State-63. This is the first Rosa Americana type listed and illustrated in the 2017 RED BOOK Guide as displayed on page 44, with this currently offered coin appearing identical. Conservatively PCGS graded MS-63 having the appearance of Gem. An extremely handsome, well made example of this undated, largest Rosa Americana issue. A similar example graded PCGS AU-58 offered in the Goldberg "Benson Collection, Part I", Sale of February 16, 2001, Lot 9, sold at $2,300 hammer. This rather outstanding natural chestnut coin has impeccable sharp details and even overall underlying mint luster to its perfect obverse and reverse centering. A beautiful example displaying excellent overall premium quality eye appeal.
