Buyers Premium
The buyer shall pay the auctioneer a commission of 15% of the hammer price. VAT is payable on the commission at the prevailing rate.

Live Telephone Bidding
You must pre-register for this service indicating the lot or lots you wish to bid on and give a telephone number (preferably a fixed land line) where we can reach you at the time of sale. We will telephone you in advance of the lot going under the hammer. As the number of telephone lines are limited, early booking is essential. Please contact the office to reserve a line. This service is subject to the number of telephone lines available to us at the time of the sale and is at our discretion.

Payment
All purchases must be paid for within 7 calendar days of the sale. Goods will only be released upon clearance through the bank of all monies due. We accept all major credit or debit cards, cash, cheque or bank transfer. We do not charge any surcharge for the use of credit cards.

Collection
Collection of purchases is at the responsibility of the buyer. We are happy to assist the buyer with collection in our Omagh, Belfast or Dublin offices; however goods remain at the buyers risk from the fall of the hammer.

Purchases may be collected during and up to 11pm on the day of the sale, on location. Alternatively we can arrange for collection in any of our offices located in Omagh, Dublin and Belfast. Please note if you wish to collect from one of our offices it may take a number of days for the items to arrive for collection. You will be notified when the paintings are available for collection and all items must be collected within 7 calendar days of notification or a storage charge will be levied.

Regardless of collection all items must be paid in full within 7 calendar days.

Packaging and shipping is available at the purchasers' expense. For a quote please contact us. International and priority shipping can be facilitated.
