Description: SERIAL #: 07023 DESIGN: Belgian made hammer operated side lock top lever side by side. 30" barrels. Chambered for 2-1/2" shells. Double triggers. "Royal Gun Works" and "Diana" were trade names used by Henri Pieper of Liege, Belgium on guns exported to the United States from the late 1800s through about 1915. MATERIAL/FINISH COMPOSITION: Damascus laminated steel barrels. Checkered wood pistol grip stock and forearm. FEATURES: Bead front sight. Knurled side hammers and top lever. Both sides of receiver stamped "ROYAL GUN WORKS". Right rear of barrel stamped "MODIFIED DIANA / NO. 2512". Left rear barrel stamped "LAMINATED STEEL / BELGIUM". Decorative motif and border engraving on the receiver, trigger guard, and rear of barrels. Checkered black plastic butt plate with the "H. Pieper Liege" logo in the middle. 13-1/8" length of pull to the rear trigger. 14-1/8" length of pull to the front trigger. CONDITION: Good. Approximately 50% + of the Damascus pattern remains on the barrels. Spotty pitting and discoloration to the receiver. Bores are poor to fair. Moderate scratches and scrapes to stock and forearm.
