A gilt-bronze mount comprising a domed, bearded face with segmented hair, raised band to the brow and nose, lentoid eyes; surrounded by six radiating trefoils, two pierced for attachment; hollow to the reverse. 31 grams, 61mm (2 1/2"). From an old Munich collection; acquired on the German art market before 2000. [No Reserve]
