A D-section silver penannular hoop with trapezoidal finials decorated as snake-heads with punched pellet eyes. 7.18 grams, 27mm overall, 21.88 x 18.69mm internal diameter (approximate size British R, USA 8 1/2, Europe 18 3/4, Japan 18) (1"). Property of a London businessman, from his grandfather's collection formed after World War II; thence by descent 1972.
