Payment Information: Payment is due within one week after the sale and can be made by check, wire transfer, cash, Visa or MasterCard. Payment is due when you receive your invoice, which will be in your e-mail the week following the sale. You may pick up purchases when payment is cleared.
Shipping Information: Farmer Auctions does not have a shipping department. If you are in need of a shipper in order to receive your purchases, we have compiled a list of shippers in our area. Feel free to contact them directly to obtain quotes for the packaging and delivery of your items, or make your own arrangements.
Payment is expected within seven days after the sale. We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, company checks, money orders and certified checks. Checks should be made out to Farmer Auctions. Purchases will only be released to the shipper when they are paid in full (by credit card approval or when checks clear the bank) to Farmer Auctions. Payment for shipping is due directly to the shipper. Please notify us of the shipper you will be using.
As stated in the Terms & Conditions, successful bidders have 10 days to remove their purchases from the Auction Gallery. After 10 days, a monthly storage fee of $50 will be charged to the account.

Buyer's Premium: All online bidders pay an 18% buyer's premium, regardless of payment method. The buyer's premium for bidding in person with the auction gallery is 15%, with a 2% service charge if paying with Visa or Mastercard. All bidding at auction and all purchases will be in U.S. Dollars.
Taxes on your purchase: Sales Tax: We must charge 5.3% VA sales tax on the sum of the hammer price plus buyer's premium if the buyer lives in Virginia or picks up in Virginia, unless he has a valid resale license and has completed the necessary Virginia certificate of exemption (available from Farmer Auctions).
Condition of Goods: In publishing this catalog, Farmer Auctions has endeavored to accurately describe all items being sold but all property being offered is to be sold "as is".
