Description: Commentary on the five megillot by way of "pardes", by Rabbi Yosef Av Beit Din of Poritsk, in his youth Liškiava and Brisk, author of Ateret Yosef and Razin D'Razin.Specifications: 46: 30 leaves. 33 cm. First edition.Unique features: Rare. Commentary on the megillot (with the exception of Kohelet). Lamentations, Ruth and Esther each have a separate title page; unusual title pages - refer to picture. The title page of the first section features an approbation from kabbalist Rabbi Moshe Osterer of Brodt, author of Arugat HaBosem on Song of Songs.Condition: Moderate-fine. The first seven leaves of section one have a small marginal tear with a little loss of text. The last two leaves have tears, with loss. Aging stains. The two sections are bound together.
