Description: Comprising a junk or dragon boat fitted with two pairs of oars, a single mast with canvas sail and functioning rigging/pullies, a cargo hold, and forward cabin, iron anchor with robe, fitted with fu dog figure heads (36"H. 34"W. 7"D); together with another Chinese ship model with two masts, cargo holds, cabins, and cannon (28"H. 30"W. 7"D.); along with six woven cargo baskets monogrammed W.G.S. Co. Inc (The Werner G. Smith Co. Inc.), assorted flags and wooden pieces. Condition: good, some light wear, generally very good. Provenance: From the Estate of Eloise and Waldemar Meckes, Jr. The Werner G. Smith Company is a family owned company.
