Description: Two Very Scarce Sheets of Excellent Crisp Uncirculated Notes from the Bank of the Valley in Winchester, Virginia
There are four notes per sheet, three notes in $1.00 denomination and one note in $2.00 denomination. Each sheet exhibits blank reverses for each note. The Valley Bank of Winchester existed Circa 1818 - 1860/70. These notes are difficult to locate, especially in this condition. A worthy acquisition for note/currency collectors, especially from this period in US/Virginia history.
