There was a series of postcards of views of St Ives by VH. It would appear he ws a visitor in the area c. 1930ish.
Born in Cardiff.
Sculptor and Engraver. Sculpture student at Royal College of Art under Lanteri - Under his direction he carved the fifure of John Constable on the south facade of the V&A in c 1905.
Exibited at The Exibition of the Royal Academy of Arts (summer Exibition)
