Gil Blas was a Parisian literary magazine filled with poetry, music, fiction, commentary and most importantly, illustrations. Artists include: Paul Balluriau; Jules Chéret; Henry Gerbault; Albert Guillaume; Louis Legrand; Jean Matet and Théophile-Alexandre Steinlen. The two bound volumes are identical in content.
