Description: Sterling silver with weighting inside, the neoclassical piece with a capital imitating those of the Athenian Tower of the Winds, a reeded body punctuated by rings, and a square candle cup and stepped base, both embellished with French-style egg and dart molding; hallmarked London, 1890, with the maker's mark of Edward Hutton. 10.75" H. Details somewhat rubbed, and a the candle cup with a tiny monogram in its corner.
