Description: VICTORIAN FIGURAL STEM KEROSENE STAND LAMP, cast-metal stem of a boy balancing a basket on his head and carrying a fishing net with many fish, cast-metal base with a foliate and scroll motif, base and stem with a later finish, colorless medial band font. Fitted with a period No. 2 "El Dorado" burner, No. 2 Taplin-Brown collar. Topped with an engraved Oregon shade and a period slip chimney. Maker unverified.

Condition Report: Stem with a few scattered minute casting imperfections, as made, remainder undamaged.

Provenance: Property of Bill and Karen Webb.

Dimensions: 21 1/2" HOA, 16 1/4" H to top of the burner, 6 7/8" DOA base, 6 1/4" H shade.

Medium: Fourth quarter 19th century.
