A group of two convex bronze mounts comprising: a heater-shaped panel with stylised hall(?), pierced to accept a suspension loop; a stud with similar motifs, supplied with a print-out showing resemblance to a runestone at Birka, Sweden. 11 grams, 19-23mm (3/4 - 1"). Property of a London businessman, from his grandfather's collection formed after World War II; thence by descent 1972. [2, No Reserve]
