Looking for the realized and estimated price?

Description: This is a Vintage Wooden Telephone Booth from the St. Johns County Courthouse, Great for Display or Advertising. This wonderful piece measures approximately 83.25” x 30.5” x 30.5”. The original seat, corner counter, phone mount, and blower are still attached. The blower vent did not turn on when plugged in. The piece does show signs of use and wear. There are some veneer issues at the top front, the door does not close flush (may need to be adjusted on the track), bottom right splash guard is missing with some wood damage, and front two splash guards are loose, and other Veneer issues as shown in photos. The phone is no longer with the booth. The interior is very nice and clean condition. This phone booth is a wonderful piece for display or for refurbishing to working condition. The Following excerpt is from a provenance letter that is included, “My name is Carol Mickler Watters. In 1971, my husband, Carl Watters saw the city workers tearing down the old court house and disposing of the court house and its contents. He asked if he could have one of the Mahogany phone booths. I believe he has the only original phone booth from the court house except the St. Augustine Record.” Please view the photos, or in person carefully to determine the age, condition, and quality of this lot. Please Note: All items are sold As-is, Where-is, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. We DO NOT offer Refunds, Returns or Exchanges. All sales are Final.
