VLADIMIR LEBEDEV (American, 1910-1991) BUSY NEW YORK STREET. Oil on canvas street scene shows many people and cars on a busy intersection in what appears to be New York City. A storefront with neon sign "Village Bar" is on the corner. Signed lower left "V. Lebedev 1952". Housed in a modern gesso decorated gilt frame with gilt liner. SIZE: 24" x 30". CONDITION: Several patches to reverse with restoration and inpainting. Good. 9-90238 MD
