Description: 2nd millennium BC. A mixed group of ceramic vessels comprising: a bulbous terracotta jar with applied ridge to the loop handle, red slip detailing; a bulbous cream ware jug with pinched rim forming a pouring lip, black painted eyes and hatching; a cream ware jug with bulbous body and basal ring, strap handle, painted hatching to the shoulder. 2.1 kg total, 20-23cm (8-9"). From a German collection; acquired on the German art market before 1990. [3, No Reserve]
