Description: 2nd millennium BC. A carved agate head of a bull with large incised eyes, nostril, mouth and ears; pierced to the neck. 43 grams, 38mm (1 1/2"). Property of a North West London gentleman; formerly with a central London gallery in 1990.

Condition Report: Fair condition, part of socket lost in antiquity.
