Description: 5th-4th century BC. A mixed group of four zoomorphic mounts comprising: a raven's head with square mounting loop to reverse; two plumed bird's heads with square mounting loop to reverse; a stylised tree with scrolls and radiating billets, loop to reverse. 51 grams total, 25-45mm (1 - 1 3/4"). Property of a gentleman; acquired in the late 1960s-early 1970s. See Moorey, P.R.S. et al. Ancient Bronzes, Ceramics and Seals, Los Angeles, 1981. [4]
