Description: 3rd-2nd millennium BC. A pair of carved stone amulets pierced for suspension, one a sheep (?) with legs folded beneath the body, the other a bovine resting with legs drawn up. 19 grams total, 32-36mm (1 1/4 - 1 1/2"). Ex Rihani family collection; acquired 1980s. [2]
