Your bid is a binding contract. If you are the winning bidder, the item is yours. All announcements made by the auctioneer shall take precedence over any previously written or oral statements made. We sell a high volume of antiques and collectibles every month, therefore we are not able to examine, picture and describe small details of each item. We encourage serious bidders to call us (252) 459-3812 and we will give you as many details as possible. Once an item has been sold there will be no returns and no refunds. Conduct of the auction, increments of the bidding and decisions as to the high bidder will be at the discretion of the auctioneers. The information contained herein is subject to the inspection and verification by all parties relying on it; no guarantee, expressed or implied, is given on the information contained herein. The owners or their agents assume no liability for its accuracy, error or omissions. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own judgment and inspection of the merchandise. The Red Barn Auction Company DOES NOT accept any phone calls relating to condition of the items, bids, etc…AFTER the auction begins. Due diligence is the complete responsibility of the Bidder and Bidders are completely responsible for their own bids. Catalogs and On-Line Description are meant as a guide only. It is bidder's complete responsibility to understand all terms and conditions BEFORE Bidding. All invoices will be emailed in 2 days with purchases and shipping and handling charges. You credit card on file with AuctionZip will be charged for these fees. If you credit card is declined, the bidder will be contacted via Email and will have eight (8) days to pay for the order. If bidder fails to contact auction house within the eight (8) day period. Negative feedback will be placed on bidders record and WILL NOT be removed, in addition, bidder will be band from participation in any furture auctions.

The Red Barn Auction Company may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall The Red Barn Auction Company be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. The Red Barn Auction Company shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. The Red Barn Auction Company will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you have questions about the merchandise the time to ask questions is well in advance of the live auction. No returns are allowed. By registering for the auction you agree to the above auction company's Terms and Conditions. All purchases must be paid for on auction day unless doing an absentee bid. There is a 15 percent buyer's premium added to all successful bids. Method of payment: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder. In the event of a 'tie bid' the auctioneer may reopen the bidding process between those ties bidders only to determine the highest bidder for that lot.
Merchandise should be removed from auction premises no later than five days after an auction is complete to avoid a storage charge of $5 per lot, per day. Shipping and/or freight can be arranged at purchaser's expense. The Red Barn Auction Company is regulated by the North Carolina Auctioneer Board. Thank you for your business!

These charges will be charged to your credit card used to register with Auction Zip. ALL payments will be charged with the credit card you place on file with Auction Zip. It is our goal to ship your item within 3 business days. Payments must be received and cleared prior to items being shipped.
