1. 2. Disputes - The Auctioneer will make absolute and final judgement as to who is the successful bidder for each and every item in the auction whether it is a Live Internet, Phone or Absentee Bidder. Any and all TIE bids go to the floor bidders with no exceptions. In the event that there is a dispute, the Auctioneer shall at his discretion decide to re-open the bidding or not. All bids are irrevocable and shall be in accordance with the conditions of the sale and be governed and interpreted by the laws of the state of Illinois.
3. Title - Title to all items shall be passed to the successful bidder once the Auctioneer says "SOLD". The purchaser shall assume full responsibility for the lot purchased once the title has passed.

All accounts must be settled by the end of the sale. Please contact Donley Auction Services within 24 hours to provide a valid credit card number for payment.

Payment may be made by cash, cashier check, major credit cards, or by personal checks (with a Letter of Guarantee from the bank). All credit cards purchases will have a 3% surcharge added.

No items will be released for shipping until full payment is received.

There will be a 15% buyer's premium added to the successful bid price for those in attendance at the auction. This is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. A buyer's premium of 16% will be added to all Internet bids, plus a fee of 5% from AuctionZip and Invaluable for a total online buyer's premium of 21%.

Buyer is responsible for arrangement, payment and shipping of items. We will send a list of recommended shippers with the invoice. The buyer is responsible for paying all packing and shipping charges. Items must be packed and shipped within 5 business days. Items purchased live at the auction must be picked up within 3 days.
