Recepcionada mais que uma ordem de compra com o mesmo valor prevalecerá a ordem de compra que primeiro for recebida. Ordens de compra recepcionadas telefonicamente são aceites desde que posteriormente confirmadas, em tempo útil, por escrito. As ordens de compra deverão ser remetidas à Worldlegend ,S.A. com a maior antecedência possível, idealmente até 3 horas antes do inicio do leilão, sob pena de não poderem ser executadas. Não serão executadas ordem de compra sem que o comprador preste, de forma clara e legível, todas as informações que constam deste formulário.
PAGAMENTO E LEVANTAMENTO DOS BENS - Deverá ser efectuado nos cinco dias úteis seguintes a data da compra.
ABSENTEE BID FORM- This service is provided as courtesy and is free and confidential. The first received bid with the same value will take precedence. Bids placed by telephone will be accepted at your risk, and must be written confirmed. Bids will not be executed unless the buyer provides all the necessary information in a legible and clear format. No instruction to buy with no upper limit will not be accepted. Pleasa ensure that your bids are submitted as early as possible, ideally at least three hours before the auction sale, as it may not be possible to execute bids received afterwards.

De acordo com as condições negociais da Worldlegend, S.A. uma ordem de licitação telefónica implica que o comprador aceita, pelo menos, a aquisição do lote pelo valor da estimativa mínima, mesmo em caso de impedimento da ligação telefónica.
Nem a Worldlegend nem nenhum dos seus colaboradores poderá ser responsabilizado por erros ou falhas na execução deste serviço de licitações, quer por deficiência nas ligações telefónicas, quer por dificuldades da recepção da licitação ou na sua transmissão ao pregoeiro.

According to Worldlegend, S.A. conditions of sale, a telephone bid order implies that the bidder accepts to purchase the lot for the lower estimate, as his first bid, even if unable to place the telephone call.
Neither Worldlegend nor any of its employees can be liable for any error or failure for the fulfilment of the bidding service, either by bad telephone connection or difficulty in transmitting information to the auctioneer.
