How One Art Fair is Heading Online

In late September, the Jewish Museum in Brussels opened its doors for the 10th edition of the Accessible Art Fair, an annual 4-day event. Featuring 75 artists, the fair – which has become known as a place to discover talented rising and mid-career artists – saw a turnout of 5,000 art collectors, dealers, and cultural enthusiasts. As attendees flocked, mingled, met the artists, and bought new works to adorn their walls, the fair came to a close by far surpassing everyone’s expectations, especially by its founder and director, Stephanie Manasseh.

“I am so thrilled by the outcome of the fair. The visitors’ feedback [about] the quality of the artists represented was very positive and we were so pleased with the overall turnout,” says Manasseh, who launched the fair to ultimately help artists get their big break, and introduce them to a growing community of art collectors, admirers, and first-time buyers.

For Invaluable collectors who couldn’t make the trip to Brussels for this year’s event, the wave of discoverability continues. To make these unique works “accessible” to our global community of online bidders, we are proud to host our first-ever “art fair pop-up event” at Invaluable.com. Starting October 12th, works by 33 of the Accessible Art Fair Brussels’ star artists will go up for sale in a timed auction.

In anticipation of this inaugural event, we’ve selected a few of our favorite moments from the fair.
