Centennial Federal Style Stand(10 views)
Description: Mahogany with mahogany and tiger maple veneer. Pine and poplar secondary woods. Solid brass pulls. This is a handsome handmade one-drawer Sheraton design New England style stand from around the time of the U.S. centennial celebration. The proportions are perfect and the tiger maple is gorgeous. Excellent herringbone border on top. Finely reeded mahogany legs.
Condition Report: Excellent condition with good patina; some minor marks and dents commensurate with age.
