Mary Kay's Furniture Shipping of Purchased Goods
When buying from Mary Kay’s Furniture, shipping cost is never included in the purchase price, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including insurance. If you would like Mary Kay’s Furniture to provide a shipping quote and / or set up shipping for any of our items, we will gladly assist you in this. You can call Mary Kay at 410.852.4896 and/or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote. Mary Kay’s Furniture does not accept responsibility or liability for the acts of the shippers or their omissions (i.e. Delayed delivery of goods, damage, etc.). It is the buyers' responsibility to pay the shipping cost directly to the shipping company, follow up with the shipping company in regards to estimated delivery time and all other inquiries! If the good(s) purchased were damaged during shipping, the buyer needs to contact and deal with the shipper directly to resolve this matter. Mary Kay’s Furniture will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim but will not be responsible for any losses incurred, including but not limited to the loss of value to the item. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and any international shipping will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
