P1) All winning bidders will receive an invoice after the auction. Payment should be made using the link received in the invoice. If you do not pay within four (4) days of the invoice we will charge your card on file used for registration.

P2) By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to allow us to charge your card if you are the winner.

P3) We do not receive any credit card information from your registration. You must provide a credit card to process your shipping or request to pay through another invoice. Your card will be charged for shipping at the best rate. If you have a preferred shipping method of either USPS or UPS please call the office: 865-264-4641. For faster service, you may contact the office to process your payment.

P4) Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact the office for payment processing. We do not accept money orders.

P5) If you are a local winning bidder, you may pay with a personal or cashier's check.

P6) We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

P7) INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: We accept PayPal for international bidders. JD's Auctions will send an email to the email address provided during registration with payment instructions. Please ensure your email address is correct on your registration information for proper processing.

P8) NONPAYMENT
Online bidders have no more than four (4) days from the date the invoices are emailed to successfully pay for their items. If we do not receive payment, the items will either be returned to the consignor or returned to auction. Once nonpayment has been identified, an Unpaid Item strike (UPI) will be assigned to your account. Multiple UPIs may permanently ban you from bidding at any other auction gallery on AuctionZip/Invaluable. If you are an eBay bidder, you will be assessed a nonpayment strike against your eBay account. Multiple strikes against your eBay account may constitute eBay shutting your account down.

P9) NONPAYMENT OF SHIPPING
We call and/or send an invoice via Square for shipping. If payment info/payment has not been received within four (4) days of payment for the items, the items will be deemed abandoned and will become the sole property of JD's Auctions and will be resold. P10) Personal Information
It is vital that your personal information (name, address, phone number, and email) are correct. We ship and contact using that information and if it not correct, delays will occur. JD's Auctions is not responsible for correcting your information and is not responsible for any delays or incorrect delivery of items due to incorrect personal information. Shipping

S1) Buyer to pay all shipping charges. Shipping will be added to the total cost of the item(s) (hammer price + buyer's premium + sales tax (if you are in-state). Final invoices will be emailed to the email provided to register for the auction once all items have been paid for.

S2) Large, extremely fragile, freight shipping
All exceptionally large or irregularly shaped items will be packaged through UPS Packing and shipped via UPS. Furniture, large signs, or extra large pieces may require freight. We have shipped using two companies: Rancho Buck out of Atlanta, GA, and UShip.com. If freight or third party shipping is needed, it is the responsibility of the buyer to coordinate and pay for all shipping. Please contact us prior to bidding with any shipping questions.

S3) In-house shipping
Smaller items will be shipped using either USPS Priority mail or UPS. First Class shipping is used when available and insurance is always added to every shipment for the buyer's and JD's Auctions protection. Priority shipments have free (up to) $150 of insurance. If you package hammer price is valued at more than $150, then you will only pay for the additional insurance outside of the $150.

S4) Non-Payment of Shipping
If the buyer refuses or does not wish to pay for shipping and cannot pick up the winning items, JD's Auctions will not refund the purchase for any reason. The buyer can then become a consignor and consign the item(s) with JD's Auctions. A contract will be sent via email for the buyer to review and sign. The contract must be scanned and emailed back to us or mailed. The buyer has five (5) days to return the signed contract. When the contract is received, JD's Auction will lot the item in an auction or try and straight sale it. If the contract is NOT received within five (5) days, the items will be deemed abandoned and become the sole property of JD's Auctions.

S5) INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
You are responsible for any and all customs fees in addition to USPS International First Class or USPS International Priority Mail. Depending on the item, UPS International may be used to ship your winning item(s)

S6) FIREARMS
All firearms purchased at auction by a non-Tennessee resident must have that firearm(s) shipped to an FFL holder. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for all shipping, background check, and transfer fees. Please contact the office (865-264-4641) and provide the contact information for your preferred FFL. All handguns will be shipped UPS. Long guns may be shipped USPS or UPS, depending on lowest cost or buyer's preference.

S7) Shipping process and time
We first process payments and then ship items, shipping processing time can take anywhere from four-10 business days due to the high volume of internet bidders and we only have two employees who process payments and complete shipping, so please plan accordingly and your patience is greatly appreciated. If you need your package faster, please let us know via phone call and we will expedite and or ship using a faster method. Once all of the shipping has been paid for we will email you a final itemized invoice with all charges and your tracking number.

State Taxes: All Tennessee residents must pay sales tax unless a Tennessee Sales and Use Exemption is on file with JD's Auctions prior to paying for your items. If you are from out of state and have a state sales tax exemption form and travel to our Gallery to pick up, please bring a copy of your exemption form. If you do not provide an exemption form on file and you pick up in Tennessee, you will have to pay Tennessee State sales tax.
