Payment

Accepted Forms of Payment: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Money Order / Cashiers Check, Paypal, Visa

For payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and money orders. PayPal payments should be made to: unmarab@aol.com . There is a 10% buyer's premium on all of our lots. NM state tax of 8.0625% will be charged to buyers with shipping addresses in New Mexico. If you bid on a lot and win, you are required to pay for your item in full within either 3 or 7 business days depending on your method of payment. If you are paying with a credit card or PayPal, we require that payment be made within 3 business days of invoicing. If you are paying with a money order, we require the money order from you within 7 business days of invoicing. That means in our hands within 7 business days, not in the mail, so be sure to send money orders out as soon as possible after the auction. If payment is not received within the timeframe specified above, we will issue you a non-pay warning. If you fail to make payment after the non-pay warning, we reserve the right to cancel your sale and relist the lot in question on auction again.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping:
We offer free domestic shipping via USPS First Class Mail on all items except: Paintings, Pottery, Blankets and Hopi Kachinas. Shipping is combined automatically for buyers of more than one lot. We use signature confirmation for all shipments valued at $250 or higher. Insurance is available upon request, at the buyer's expense. Any items that are broken during shipping are therefore not the responsibility of us, Santa Fe Gallery. If you prefer to ship with a different service, inform us of that before we ship your item. Any extra costs associated with a different service will be paid by the buyer. We only ship via USPS or UPS as there are no DHL or FedEx facilities in town. Shipping costs for Paintings, Pottery and Blankets are a flat rate of $8.99 for each item, to be paid by the buyer. Shipping costs for Hopi Kachinas are a flat rate of $25 for each item, to be paid by the buyer.

International Shipping:
