Picking Up Your Order
As many of the wines featured in the auction are rare and delicate, customers might prefer to pick up these wines directly from the temperature-controlled conditions at the LCBO. With this in mind, starting on Saturday, December 14th between 9 AM and 3 PM, and thereafter within normal business hours between 8 AM to 4 PM from Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), customers may pick up their purchased lots at the
warehouse facility at 33 Freeland St., Toronto. In order to accommodate your order, we ask that you book your appointment no less than 48 hours prior to your desired pick-up time by contacting vintagesauction@lcbo.ca or the VINTAGES Auction Consultant at 416-864-6890.

Customers should note that photo ID and a copy of the customer invoice must be shown before the product will be released. Any third party assigned by the buyer to pick up their shipment must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a letter authorizing the release of goods to that third party. Please be aware that lots must be claimed within four months of the date of auction.

Domestic Delivery
Delivery of wine purchased at auction is not available within Ontario. Bidders should note that the LCBO requires that purchasers arrange to collect their purchases. Shipping by any commercial means, particularly of older wines, can be risky and result in damage.

International Delivery
Customers in the United States are advised that they are responsible for arranging international shipping. Bidders may contact Mark Parratto at Worldwide Cargo, 2 Johnson Road, Lawrence, NY, tel: 516-371-2300 fax: 516-371-1176 or e-mail: mark@worldwidecargogroup.com to facilitate the
shipment of their wine. Customers will be responsible for any duties, taxes, shipping or other charges levied in their arrangement with Worldwide Cargo.

International bidders are reminded that various states or countries may impose limitations on the amount and quantity of alcoholic beverages that can be legally brought into their jurisdiction. The LCBO shall not assume any responsibility for obtaining or applying for any permits or licences that might be required for the shipment of goods into various states. Therefore, all bidders are advised to investigate the possibility of such a limitation and to check with their local authorities to determine the manner in which alcohol can be imported into their individual state.
