All shipping will be calculated within three business days or sooner once invoice is paid. All shipping will be charged separately on registered credit card (unless bidder contacts us) and items will be shipped.

Picking Up: Pick-up times will be Monday, December 16th thru Wednesday, December 18th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Premium/Buyers Premium: There will be a 15% buyers premium fee plus a 3% site fee added to the Hammer Price. Total Buyer's Premium will be 18%.

Sales Tax: Illinois residents or people selecting to pickup their purchases requires us to collect 8.5% sales tax on purchases. (sales tax will not be charged if you are tax exempt and provide a copy of your issued Sellers' Permit/Tax ID certificate or on vehicles).

Condition Terms:: All Items will be considered used unless noted otherwise. Items may or may not be in original packaging, have all parts and are described as best as possible. It is recommended that you inspect all items before bidding - The entire risk as to the quality, authenticity & condition rest solely with the buyer. All items are Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no guarantee expressed or inferred.

Payment Terms:: Payment Due: Successful bidders will receive an email invoice immediately following auction close. Full payment of invoice is required within 24 hours of the invoice or registered credit card will be charged. Note: If credit card is declined for any reason buyer will grant The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals the authority to charge a $10.00 additional service fee for each time payment is declined or other wise not honored.
