Payment

All checks or money orders are payable to Antiquarian Archives, LLC
In the event that a buyer's payment is dishonored upon presentments(s), the buyer shall pay the maximum statutory processing fee set by applicable state law. If buyer attempts to pay via check and the financial institution denies the transfer from buyer's bank account, or the payment cannot be completed using the selected funding source, buyer agrees to complete payment.
All purchases delivered in New Jersey are subject to applicable New Jersey sales tax, unless the purchaser possesses and presents a New Jersey sales tax exemption.

Shipping

Buyer is liable for shipping and handling. Items purchased will be shipped in a commercially reasonable time after payment in good funds for the merchandise and the shipping fees is received. International buyers should provide written shipping instructions, including specified Customs declaration to Antiqurian Archives for any lots to be delivered outside of the United States.
Note: Declaration value shall be the item's final sale price for the lot.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to provide adequate insurance coverage for the items once they have been delivered to a common carrier or third-party shipper.

Condition: The purchaser may submit in writing, any doubts regarding the authenticity of the item within 30 days of the sale along with written evidence that the lot is not authentic as determined by a known expert in the field. If Antiquarian Archives agrees that the lot is not as represented, Buyer's sole and exlusive remedy shall be a refund of their purchase price, with no other costs, liabilities, or amounts recoverable.
The property must be returned to Antiquarian Archives (at the expense of the Buyer) in the same condition as it was at the time of sale.
If Antiquarian Archives does not agree with the claim by Buyer, the parties agree to seek legal arbitration in the state of New Jersey in the county of Ocean. Under no circumstances will Antiqurian Archives incur liability to a Buyer in excess of the purchase price actually paid.
