Packing and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Items may be picked up in person at the auction site until noon on Sunday after the auction. If purchased items are not picked up by noon Sunday, or other arrangements with the Auction House have not been made by this time, your items will be removed from the facility by our third party UPS Shipper. Once the items have been packed by the Shipper they are no longer available for pick-up and must be shipped. Packing, handling, shipping, insurance and other fees will apply and will be billed directly by the Shipper. Auction Company reserves the right to delay shipment on items paid for by check until that check clears the bank.

Brian Lebel's 25th Annual Old West Auction

Over 350 total lots of authentic Cowboy, Indian and Western art, antiques and artifacts. Highlights include an original 1880s CDV of Billy-the-Kid; Richard Boone's "Paladin" saddle; estate pieces from infamous Texan, Rex Cauble including many "Cutter Bill" related items and Orren Mixer portraits of the famous stallion; a custom Edward H. Bohlin silver coffee service; a rare Moreno saddle with Field silver; personal items from the famous Wild West performer S.F. Cody; a Custer 7th Cavalry Colt Single Action; a collection from the estate of Henry M. Teller, one of Colorado's first 2 senators; fine art from the likes of Charlie Russell, William Gollings, Raphael Lillywhite, Harry Jackson, WHD Koerner and others; and a fine Native American horse mask, as well as beadwork, textiles and pottery.

Checks will be accepted with proper identification and a bank guarantee card. On all checks over $5,000.00, a letter of credit or letter of maximum check limit from your bank must be presented unless you are a regular customer known to us.

Taxes: 4.75% total (as follows: 2.9% CO State, .75% Adams County, 1.1% Special District)
