Shipping

Shipping: We combine shipping for multiple purchases where possible. All shipping is at the buyers expense, and will be determined after each auction, based on actual shipping charges to designated shipping address, supplied by the buyer. Buyer will pay actual shipping costs plus insurance & handling. We require all items to be insured. Return shipping of items to us must be preauthorized and is at the buyers expense.

Buyers Premium: Buyers Premium: A buyers premium of 20% will be added to the final bid amount on all items purchased. Please note - Invoices will be sent for each auction date with combined shipping if applicable. Please allow 3 days for us to invoice for your winning items.

Taxes: New Mexico Sales Tax will be charged on items delivered within New Mexico, unless an NTTC is on file at our office.

Condition: Most items are pre-used items, and are in good conditon for age, however, there may be some tearing, missing threads, thread wear, selvage damage, staining etc. We try to picture any damage to all items for the bidders viewing. Our items are listed 2-3 weeks prior to auction, so that anyone can call for detailed condition reports prior to bidding. Also in the description, there will be references to any damage, missing parts etc.
