Authenticity & Condition: We aim to describe all lots as accurately as possible, in accordance
with the current research. All statements as to the authenticity,
attribution, genuineness, origin, date, age, period, condition or
quality of any lot are made in good faith and involve matters of
opinion. We encourage prospective buyers to view the lots and
satisfy themselves as to the nature and sufficiency of each lot
prior to bidding. In the event of a dispute as to authenticity of
any lot(s) or accuracy of the description we ask that the lot(s)
are returned to us within 14 days of the auction together with
a written opinion from a recognised expert.
Solely as a convenience, Fraser's Autographs may provide
condition reports; however, many items are of an age or nature
which precludes their being in perfect condition. We will aim
to reference defects in the description or/and condition report;
however the absence of such references does not imply that
an item is free from imperfections, nor does a reference to
particular defects imply the absence of any others.
Occasionally, a collection lot might include unnamed item(s)
that may be printed or secretarial or otherwise possibly not
correct. Where noticed the cataloguer will draw this to your
attention but please note, collection lots are sold as seen and
not subject to return.
Whilst care has been taken to show colour illustrations as
accurately as possible, reprographic and printing processes
cannot always guarantee true reproduction of colour images
so no lots illustrated in the sale catalogue or on the website
shall be rejected on the ground of characteristics apparent
from its illustration.
