Registration

Prior to sale, all bidders must register online and have an accepted credit card for online payment and to participate in the auction. Bidders do not have the right to withdraw a bid once a Amp Auctions' auctioneer accepts it as a winning bid. If payment is not made within 4 days after an invoice has been sent to you then your credit card may may be charged.

Withdrawal
The Auctioneer has the right to withdraw any item property at any time before actual auction.

Bidding
Unless otherwise announced by the Auctioneer at the time of auction, all bids are per lot as numbered in the catalog. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bid acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder, or to re-offer the article in dispute and/or add item to future auction . If the Auctioneer determines that any opening bid is not commensurate with the value of the article offered, may reject the bid; and if, having acknowledged an opening bid decides that any advance is not sufficient, may reject the advance.

SALES TAX For Indiana residents the Indiana Sales Tax 7.00% is computed on this total purchase price. The purchaser will be required to pay the Sales Tax. Unless exempted through possession of a valid Indiana Sales Tax Number.

Auction House will ship, at Buyer's expense. The winner agrees to pay winning bid and Shipping and Handling.
