Description: Hepplewhite eight-drawer high chest with inlay. Refinished cherry with bold curly maple veneer on the drawer fronts, pine and poplar secondary. Slightly flared bracket feet have scrolled returns with a wide band of diamond inlay around the base. Dovetailed case has chamfered corners with intertwined line inlay. Drawers are dovetailed and have beaded trim and replaced eagle brasses. Smaller band of diamond inlay beneath the well-shaped cornice. Minor restorations to beading and inlay. A few chips on base inlay and original feet have lost some height. Case is 41.75in w. 20.5in d. Cornice, 45.5in w. 22. 5in d. 62.75in h.
