Condition Report: The bottom of the top has a small nailed repair; age split in the top board of the base, a small sliver of wood has been added to the top board of the base along with 2 pieces of wood to the underside that are screwed from the top to help secure the crack; proper right front foot facing is off; small glued repair to the top of the bottom proper left door; both front corners of the cornice have repairs and loss along with the back proper left corner of the cornice; a few burn makes on the proper right top door and the proper right stile along with a 3" x 1" repair; replaced pulls in original holes; minor surface scratches overall.
