Description: Of rectangular form, the teapot's handle, finial, and spout also in rectangular design, the body incised with colophon by "Zi Qia", against yellowish-brown stone color. Two character 'Wanquan" mark beneath the lid. Jiang Delin, courtesy name Wan Quan, was active during Qing Jiaqing and Daoguang period. He was a master potter, mostly makes teapots of plain deign, with patinated surface. Mid Qing Dynasty period.

Description: Of compressed globular form, the teapot with a short straight neck, a flattened lid with compressed cylindrical finial, the thick spout rises upwards at lid level, and ear shaped handle also levels at the lid. The body of purple color, with visible dotted sand grains on the body. The bottom bears two character "Zi Qi" signature. Early Qing Dynasty period. Chen Ziqi was born during Ming Tianqi Dynasty in Tongxiang village of Zhejiang province, and he was active through Qing Kangxi Dynasty period. According to the clerical files of Tong Xian village, he was the father of Master Potter Chen Mingyuan. Most of Chen Ziqi's works were thinly potted and delicate Yixing Zisha stoneware, and this particular teapot was an imitation made during early Qing Dynasty period.

Description: Of flattened ovoid form with sharply tapering shoulder, the top and bottom of teapot equally shaped, with the foot ring and the rim of same dimension as well. The teapot of charcoal color, with an one line colophon by "Man Sheng" on the top surface, and four character "Yang Pengnian" mark on the bottom. Chen Mansheng, original name Chen Hongshou (1768-1822), courtesy name Zi Gong, and many art names including Man Sheng, Lao Man, Man Shou, Man Gong, Zhongyu Xianke, and Zhongyu Daoren. He was born in Zhejiang province, Qiantang city (Hangzhou city), during Qianlong and Jiaqing Dynasty periods, and was the most famous one of the "Eight Artists of Xi Leng". He was a prolific writer, and specializes in carving. Since he was a devout Buddhist and a Yixing stoneware enthusiast, the mark "A Man Tuo Shi" became his and his descendants' signature cultural mark. Later, he worked with Master Potter Yang Pengnian and made many Yixing teapots, categorized under "Man Sheng Teapots", significantly altered the Yixing stoneware's future.

Description: Of expanding square form in shape of a cloth wrapped large stamp seal, the teapot made from Duan clay with thin grains of sand, the spout rising diagonally upwards with square opening, the handle in flattened ear form, the lid and finial with wrapping knot design, and the bottom bears signature of "Da Bin" and "Molin Tang". Molin Tang was a store owned by Xiang Zijing, of the same period as Shi Dabin. Signs of repair on the bottom and body of the teapot. Late Ming Dynasty period or early Qing Dynasty period. Xiang Yuanbian (1525-1590), courtesy name Zi Jin, has many art names, such as Molin, Molin Shanren, Molin Jushi, Xiangyan Jushi, Tuimian Zhuren, Huiquan Shanqiao, Molin Nensou, Yuanyang Huzhang, and Qiyuan Aoli. He was born in Jiaxing city of Zhejiang province, and was a famous collector during the Ming Dynasty period.

Description: Of naturalistic tree trunk form, the teapot depicts the "Three Friends of Winter", or plum tree, pine tree, and bamboo, gathered together in bundles to form the body of teapot, high arching handle bar and short spout in the form of plum tree branch, the lid finial in the form of pine tree branch, and the bottom incised with calligraphy, with artist mark and signature "Jiang Zhenxiang". Jiang Zhenxiang, a famous pottery maker during the Qing Dynasty Tongzhi period, was well known for making fruit and plants form teapots and other small decorations. Most of his pottery works were red clay teapots, but not many survive to this date. Some of his works were imitations of other older, famous pottery makers, and he would use the original artist's mark. For his own creations, he used the mark "Zhen Xiang".

The lid with two character mark "Xin Zhou", the handle with an illegible mark, the bottom with four character "Ri Ling Shan Fang" mark. He Xinzhou's official store mark is Man Tuo Hua Guan. The "Wendan" style teapot was created during late Ming Dynasty to early Qing Dynasty, and the shape is similar to "Xishi" style teapot, created during mid to late Qing Dynasty period. Wendan teapots look heavier and sturdier, while Xishi teapots look more elegant and slender. Li Wankang, a rich businessman from Jiangsu Nantong area during Qing Tongzhi Dynasty, loves Yixing zisha stoneware, and he spends heavily on custom designed Yixing stoneware. This brush remains in good condition after many years. The brush pot was featured on "Yi Tao Zhi Lu", published by Li You Ren Tao Yi Company, publish date Republic of China calendar year 84, June 1st.

Description: The Guanyin is seated in royal ease position (rajalilasana), with gilt decorations on top of flowing long robe, covering almost entire body, the serene face looking downwards, with half open eyes and smiling lips, all on top of original carved wood stand, with six character mark on the back, along with two artist marks "Zheng Hua" on the bottom. Li Zhenghua, a master teapot maker distinguished with title National Crafts Artist, was born in 1953, and started learning Yixing Zisha pottery making with Master Xu Xiutang in 1972. Eventually, he learned his craft from other masters, such as Xu Hantang, Lu Yaochen, Wang Yinxian, and others. He puts his understanding of Buddhism into all his creations. He has entered many national and international conventions, winning numerous awards.

Description: Of globular form, the jar with similar design to jade tripod censer, the body supported by three hoof legs extending from lion masks, one side of body incised with one hundred different iterations of Chinese character "Shou", the other side incised with one hundred different iteration of Chinese character "Fu", signifying longevity and prosperity, a pair of lion mask ring handles between the characters, the finial in the shape of elephant carrying a jardiniere, and bottom bears four character "Qu Hua Zhi Tao" mark. Shen Quhua, born in 1939 at Shu Shan city Chang An village, started studying pottery under Master Gu Jingzhou in 1955, and was named the national flag bearer for All-China Women's Federation in 1983. She has won first place trophy in Germany's Leipzig International Convention. Her signature Yixing clay works include bamboo tea set, Yaotiao teapot, small jade pillar teapot, and this Yixing tripod jar with cover.

Description: Of tall lantern design, the globular body supported by slightly splayed round foot ring, the sides painted with village, river, flowers, and mountain landscape on top of purple color body, the thick spout tapers to small but elegant opening, the ear-shaped handle curved upwards, and rounded square bead finial situated on top of painted flowers. Bottom bears four character "Wang Nanlin" mark. Mid Qing Dynasty period. Wang Nanlin was a famous teapot maker during Qing Qianlong Dynasty period, and he was self-proclaimed to be the descendant of "Master of Tea" Lu Yu from the Tang Dynasty period. His teapots were purposely made to resemble older styles, similar in design to ancient bronze wares from Shang, Zhou, Qin, and Han Dynasty periods. He preferred to use Tuan clay for making teapots, and he made teapots for the Imperial Court.

Description: Of barrel form, the well-potted teapot is of purplish-brown color, the tapering spout rising diagonally upwards, with ear-shaped handle, and bead finial. The body incised with poetry calligraphy, with artist signature "Yong Qing". Early Qing Dynasty period. Chen Yongqing was a renowned Master potter during Ming Wanli Dynasty. He was born in Jiangxi, and was given nickname "Chen San Dai Zi". Although he was not at the same level as Master Shi Dabin, his unique traits still has him near the top of all the Master Potters. This teapot was probably an imitation during the early Qing Dynasty period by a very skilled pottery maker, as shown in the quality of this teapot.

Bottom bears four character mark, with two character "Si Ting" mark below the handle. Lu Siting was born in early Qing Dynasty period. During that period, the most famous makers of Yixing red clay teapots include Meng Chen, Yi Gong, Jun De, Si Ting, and more. Due to their fame, many imitations were made under their name, and their names became the actual style names of the teapots, especially Jun De and Si Ting teapots.

The tapering and round spout levels with the lid and the ear-shaped handle, the finial in compressed conical form. Bottom bears six character "Deng Kui" mark. Deng Kui, active during mid Qing Daoguang Dynasty period, was a friend of Qu Ziye. He works with many Yixing zisha master craftsmen, usually with his own design or help produce. Description: Of compressed globular form with curved top and bottom, the thinly potted Liupei teapot was difficult to make, and it is an excellent teapot of the flattened lamp design. Bottom bears two character "Jin Zhong" mark. Liu Peisheng, birth and death unknown, was active during early Qing Dynasty period. Three character "Wang Yinchun" mark on the bottom, and two character "Yinchun" mark beneath the lid. Wang Yinchun (1897-1977) was born in Jiangsu Zhenjiang within a poor family. At age of 13, he started to study pottery making under Master Jin Ashou, and he became famous during 1921 in Shanghai area for making quality teapots within short period of time.
