Condition Report: Bore is clear and rifling visible, but has seen heavy use. Action is smooth and strong. Barrel has a nice brown patina. The brass has a rich glow. Description: WINCHESTER MODEL1873 LEVER ACTION RIFLE. Special order .38 Caliber, 24" octagonal barrel, buckhorn sights, dark, oiled walnut stock. S/n 62164.

Condition Report: Bore is clean, good rifling, strong action. Barrel has a plum patina, frame is a mottled grey-brown, stock is very dark with just a few dings. All lettering is clear except Sn. which shows some wear. Caliber marked on top of barrel and bottom of brass lifter. Circa 1880. Condition Report: Bore is clear, rifling clear but worn, action is strong. 75% blue on barrel and magazine. Frame shows uneven wear of bluing. Number "7" is stamped on right side of frame and also directly behind hammer. Letters and numbers are clear but starting to fade on upper barrel. Some light corrosion on frame.
