Aged 17 years'. Leitner, a Mayflower descendent, is buried in the Granary Burial Ground, Boston. Includes old note giving family provenance and geneology, taking them into the Buss & Tyer families. In modern gold frame, under glass, with applied black fabric border, the eglomise fragment laid on top. SS: 23" x 22". Toned, losses to the painted silk fabric ground, including the tomb inscription.
